A quiet note

How to use the guides.

The Progressions Library is free because every parent deserves to understand what's actually happening in their baby's brain, without paying to find out. Read them, share them, take what's useful, and leave what isn't.

If a guide brings up specific questions about your baby (the kind that wake you up at 2am), that's exactly the kind of thing a 1:1 sleep consultation is for. But there's no obligation. The guides stand on their own.

"Every baby is an individual. These strategies are about progress, not perfection. You are the expert on your baby."
