How quickly do you respond?

Within 1-2 business days for emails. Discovery calls are usually scheduled within the following week.

Do you charge for the discovery call?

No. The 15-minute discovery call is free and there's no obligation to book anything afterwards.

I'm in another country or time zone. Does that work?

Yes. Online consultations and Hypnobirthing classes run worldwide via Zoom. Mention your time zone and I'll work around it.

Will you make me sleep-train?

Never. CalmNess does not use cry-it-out or controlled crying. We work with your baby's biology, not against it.
